With 70 full-time employees and two offices, we are able to address all commercial maintenance needs. Cape Associates, Inc. is fully insured and is now in its 39th year of business on Cape Cod.
What To Expect
With Cape Associates Commercial Property Management you will have a single point of contact with an assigned Account Manager, which means there is never a question when it comes to efficient and effective communication. In case of emergency, we have a 24/7 emergency response system in place via pager, and our experienced construction employees are available for emergencies and maintenance work.
Annual checklists and long term capital planning mean that immediate and future maintenance issues and expense management and tracking will be a breeze. Additionally, fee collection and reporting, building access and key management, and energy audit capabilities are all taken care of by your dedicated Account Manager.
