Cape Associates, Inc. is committed to being a full-service building company. We build custom homes – traditional or contemporary; your plans or ours; over 200 houses built – all unique. We do many major renovations – large scale “make-overs”; typically an upgrade and expansion to accommodate year ‘round living. Remodeling is also one of our areas of expertise – all kinds, in all rooms: kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, basements, and second floors. Additions – new rooms, dormers, second floors, decks, screen porches, and full foundations – many are completed each year by Cape Associates. Other areas we work in are non-residential and church projects. We have worked on several Cape churches over the years; our most recent and one of our biggest projects to date being the major renovation to the Church of the Holy Spirit in Orleans. |
