Cape Associates has been providing home property watch inspections since 1971.  This service has grown over the years to include one hundred customers from Provincetown to Sandwich.  Cape Associates, Inc. is a full service building company with its own painting and service departments.   With almost 70 full-time employees and two offices, we are able to address all home maintenance needs. We also offer a wide range of additional services to provide off-Cape homeowners security and peace of mind when their homes are vacant.  Cape Associates, Inc. is fully insured and is now in its 35th year of business on Cape Cod.

* Interior and exterior home property checks on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis

* Fall and Spring checklist to address immediate and future maintenance items

* Storm checks after major storms during contract period at no additional cost

* 24/7 emergency response via pager.  An additional charge may be required

* Property Watch log at house, dated and initialed when checks are made

* Emergency sticker placed in conspicuous location with company name and telephone number.
