  • Establish condo fees and apportion them to owners

  • Establish near term funding targets

GOVERNANCE

Cape Associates will introduce more transparent and efficient communications between the Property Manager and the Board by being responsible for:

  • Compliance with deeds, bylaws, and rules & regulations
  • Preparing agendas and supporting documents, as well as attend Annual Owner and periodic Board meetings
  • Working side by side with legal and municipal resources as needed to collect past dues, interpret documents, and comply with local ordinances
  • Maintaining relationships with business owners on the Board of Trustees for condominium companies
