Deciding to completely renovate a house is never something that comes easily, especially when it’s a historic home overlooking Provincetown Harbor and Cape Cod Bay, but Joyce and Pam knew they were up for the challenge. The
couple has owned the home since 2008 and, while they currently use it as a summer retreat, they intend to make it their primary residence once they retire.
