Major Renovation, Brewster, MA

Cape Associates worked with Walter Jacobs Architects on this major renovation in Brewster. Large windows are the first thing the photos show, with tall glass facing a wooded view and a deck beyond.

The living room has a brick fireplace, a blue sofa and a bright pink chair, with a dining table visible behind. The kitchen is white with a dark-blue island, light stools and blue pendant lights. A small pop-up outlet sits flush in the counter.

• Stair with black balusters and a wood handrail beside a light-blue front door
• Bath with hexagonal teal tile and a pale blue vanity
• Bedrooms with light wood floors and sloped ceilings
• Sliding barn-style closet doors painted blue

The bedrooms and baths repeat the same blue and white palette. Frosted glass, lit mirrors and a double vanity in one bath complete a layout where light and finishes stay consistent from room to room.
