Major Renovation, Provincetown, MA

Cape Associates renovated this Provincetown house with architect Peter McDonald. It stands directly on the beach, behind a row of weathered wood posts, with a three-story shingled elevation and decks facing the harbor.

Cable railings keep the views open, and white Adirondack chairs sit on the upper deck. Inside, a living room with a fireplace looks out to the water at dusk. A porthole mirror and an oar add a nautical touch.
