This expansive 10,000-square-foot Cape Cod home was thoughtfully renovated to create a welcoming multigenerational retreat designed for gathering, entertaining and summers by the sea. Working in collaboration with interior designer Ariel Okin, Cape Associates brought each space to life through exceptional craftsmanship, custom cabinetry and millwork, and carefully executed details that balance timeless coastal character with everyday comfort and durability. Featuring six bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms, beautifully layered living spaces and a harborside pool house, the home provides a refined yet relaxed backdrop for generations of family memories.
