Renovation, West Harwich, MA

This West Harwich renovation focuses on light and the coastal view. The photos show rooms with wide windows that look over water and a balcony.

The living room has pale oak floors, striped upholstery and a large blue painting. The kitchen has white cabinets, a white counter, a hood over a range and a gold-toned faucet. A bedroom opens through sliding glass doors to the balcony.

Details in the baths include:
• Vertical gray-blue tile in a walk-in shower
• Brushed brass fixtures and hardware
• A white vanity with a makeup seat
• A marble-look tub surround with a sliding glass door
• Vertical paneling on the walls

Brass accents repeat throughout, which unifies the spaces. Soft neutral fabrics and pale floors let the water views remain the focus of the main living area and the bedroom, with white walls keeping every room light.
