Designed as both a full-time residence and a creative working environment, Artist Retreat reflects a thoughtful balance of contemporary architecture, sustainability, and site-sensitive construction. The home includes two artist studios, generous natural light, and a careful connection to the surrounding landscape, creating a place that supports both everyday living and creative work.

For Cape Associates, the project was an opportunity to bring together craftsmanship, collaboration, and respect for the natural setting. From its low-impact footprint to its quiet modern form, every stage of the build required close attention to detail and a shared commitment to preserving the character of the site.
