With more than 120 full-time year-round employees, Cape Associates strives to build life-long relationships with customers as well as with employees, based upon an uncompromising commitment to quality and integrity.

 

Craftspeople on Our Own Payroll

 

Cape Associates employs its own carpenters, painters, laborers, tile setters, plumbers, electricians and HVAC technicians. Keeping the trades in-house means clearer communication and one team responsible from the first estimate to the final walkthrough.

 

Many of our people have been with the company for ten, twenty and even thirty years. That experience shows up in the details of every home we build, renovate or care for.

 

We are a third-generation family business, led today by President & CEO Matthew H. Cole.
