Perched along Provincetown’s iconic Commercial Street, a thoughtfully reimagined home is garnering national attention, and for good reason. Recently featured in The Wall Street Journal, this one-of-a-kind property is a testament to what’s possible when inspired design and expert craftsmanship work hand in hand.

In collaboration with acclaimed interior designer Robert Kaner, our team was proud to help bring this vision to life. The project blends Provincetown’s rich historic character with modern details and meticulous craftsmanship, a balance that required creativity, problem-solving, and deep respect for the home’s original spirit.

Throughout the home, custom millwork plays a starring role, from the detailed coffered ceilings that flow through the main living spaces to a handcrafted bathroom vanity set on custom brass stands. The fireplace surround features hand-painted tile, while antique light fixtures from Europe were carefully re-certified and rewired, preserving their old-world charm in a contemporary context. Even small details, like recessed lighting plastered seamlessly into place and custom-fabricated moldings shaped on site, reflect the care and precision poured into every inch of this renovation.

The result is a home that feels both timeless and new, steeped in Provincetown’s distinctive history yet tailored to modern living. It is a project we are honored to have been part of, and one that celebrates the power of thoughtful collaboration and craftsmanship.
