The Painting Department is a full-service operation providing all phases of
painting and wall covering, including interior and exterior work, new construction and renovations, residential and commercial.
The Service Department does all phases of carpentry, from the smallest jobs to window and door replacement, siding and roofing. This department is quick to respond to small – but important
– projects in an efficient manner.
The Property Management group grew out of the seasonal nature of the Cape. We deliver peace‐of‐mind to second home owners by keeping an eye on their Cape house while they are away. Wealso provide a full range of management services for both residential and commercial properties on a year-round basis.
