and covers the entire geography served by the company – Plymouth to Provincetown.

a single‐point‐of‐contact, one of our Project Managers. From the initial sales process through punchlist, that point of
contact has single‐source responsibility for the successful, enjoyable project delivery.
The Cape Associates Painting Department is a full-service operation providing all phases of the
painting trade including interior and exterior work, new construction and renovations, residential and commercial.
The Service Department does all phases of carpentry, from the smallest of jobs to window and door replacement, siding and roofing. This department is setup to be very quick to respond to small – but important
– projects in an efficient manner.
The property management group grew out of the nature of the Cape being a seasonal
community. We deliver peace‐of‐mind to second home owners by keeping an eye on their Cape house while they are away elsewhere. We have, in more recent history, expanded to managing commercial properties in more of a facilities
management role on a year 'round basis.
