A 10,000-Square-Foot Harwich Port Renovation Featured in House Beautiful
Cape Associates is a third-generation, family-owned Cape Cod builder that has served Barnstable County since 1971. In Harwich, our portfolio includes a major renovation in Harwich Port that was featured in House Beautiful, a renovation in West Harwich, and two commercial projects: the Commodore Inn and Harwich Port Commons. Working with interior designer Ariel Okin and photographer Donna Dotan, Cape Associates renovated a 10,000-square-foot Cape Cod home in Harwich Port into a multigenerational retreat for gathering, entertaining, and summers by the sea. The finished home has six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, layered living spaces, and a harborside pool house. Our own team handled the custom cabinetry, millwork, and finish carpentry.
