The Revival House
Originally built in 1850, The Revival House is a transformative restoration and expansion of a historic 2,700-square-foot Colonial residence in the heart of Provincetown. Designed by architect Ted Smith, the project carefully preserves the character and proportions of the original structure while introducing a refined contemporary addition, a new 600-square-foot accessory dwelling unit, and an integrated outdoor living experience centered around a private pool. The renovation balances historic preservation with modern coastal living, reimagining one of Provincetown’s classic homes for the next generation.

Truro Coastal Retreat
Perched along the Truro shoreline, Truro Coastal Retreat is an in-progress transformation that embraces contemporary coastal living through clean architectural forms, expansive glazing, and a deep connection to the surrounding landscape. Designed to capture panoramic water views and natural light from nearly every angle, the home balances modern design with the quiet simplicity of the Outer Cape. Carefully integrated outdoor spaces, natural materials, and refined detailing throughout the residence create a retreat that feels both elevated and deeply rooted in its coastal setting.

The Great Island House

Tidal Meadow Estate
This in-progress West Barnstable project combines a thoughtfully designed addition, full-home renovation, and upgraded septic system to transform the property into a more functional and cohesive coastal residence. The architectural approach balances traditional Cape character with refined contemporary detailing, incorporating expanded living spaces, improved natural light, and carefully integrated materials that respond to the surrounding landscape.
