Cape Associates recently renovated the super-popular Hole in One restaurant in Eastham.
The Hole in One is practically a household name on Cape Cod. The owners believe that when you come through that door, it should feel like coming home. That’s why it was so important for our team at Cape Associates to make sure we focused on Ken Taber’s vision for a remodel. Taber, the president of the Hole in One Group, is an integral part of a large family, all of whom work tirelessly for their customers and the community.
His vision for the remodel involved keeping to the same or similar style, motif and color palette as the recent remodel of the Orleans Hole in One Restaurant. He wanted to keep the cost reasonable, and timing to a minimum to allow the continued operation of the Fairway Restaurant, which resides in the same building and shares a kitchen with Hole in One.
The project included demolition, design and rebuilding of the coffee bar, including countertops, cabinetry, and bar stools; also the back bar and its cabinetry; new plumbing, including a new bar sink and faucet and fixtures; and the installation of new baseboard heater covers. Carpentry and millwork include all under-counter cabinetry for the new bar and trim.
From start to finish the renovation of the restaurant took 9 days.
